Very unfriendly staff!

The location is peaceful and convenient, and the area is fantastic next to restaurants and bars. Also, Night Market is around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue. A standard double room with balcony has basic facilities you need.

The value for money at Pensiri House was excellent, with a comfortable and pristine room, equipped with a working television and a super-comfortable king size bed. The location was great, just a short walk from a beautiful and uncrowded beach, and there were many street food options nearby. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, and made our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast experience could have been better, with room for improvement in the variety and quality of the options provided.

During my New Year stay, the hotel provided brand new and spacious rooms, complete with amenities such as air conditioning, a good shower, and a flat-screen TV. The rooms were spotlessly cleaned every day, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment. the location of the hotel was advantageous, being close to both the airport and a beautiful beach. This made it convenient for me to explore and enjoy the surrounding areas without any hassle.

I found some negative aspects to my stay. the attitude of the person in charge was less than welcoming, which made me feel uneasy throughout my visit.

The rooms were always spotlessly clean, which was a pleasant surprise after a long day of work. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and surrounded by shops, taxis, and restaurants. Additionally, it was hassle-free getting to the airport from this convenient location.
